Contact Energy approached us to help create a new identity that would better reflect where they're heading as an energy company. We were asked to take a new logo and develop the brand look and feel across their business, from the basics like letterheads and signage to printed tools for their sales teams and launch material. We worked with the internal management and marketing teams, suppliers and external agencies.... here's a few examples of how we did it.

We created a look and feel for recruitment and induction that was differentiated from the master brand elements using colour and imagery, and the use of circles indicating a focus on people. We created ebooks and online tools for easy access across all centres.

We created a diverse and inclusive identity for the internal purpose and behaviour strategy.

We developed a 'human' identity for the Rewards and Recognition programme that aligned with the new brand strategy. Printed and online assets used company-wide.
