Contact Energy are on a mission to create safer work outcomes for their people by providing safety critical guidance and information that is easy to access, and easy to understand. We were asked to develop an identity for this journey - the name, look and feel, application and tone. Protect@Contact is about protecting the important stuff, it's not just another safety programme. It’s what people say. How they think. And what they do. Every day.

Selling safety to people is always challenging because of all the baggage it carries from those “clipboard and hi-vis” days. Little Chicken developed the Protect@Contact brand to support our belief that safety is not only about protecting you from something, but for something, namely the things that you want to go home to at night, your family, friends, pets, sports, and hobbies. They created a website to host our safety critical risk information, that meant for the first time ever we put safety critical information at workers fingertips, regardless of whether they are an employee or a contractor. We love working with Little Chicken, because they basically get us and what drives us every day with our safety journey at Contact.
